Section 1. Membership Terms. The corporation shall have individual and organizational affiliate members. The Board of Trustees shall be accountable to the individual and affiliate membership. The Board shall determine the terms of membership.

Section 2. Meetings. The Annual Meeting of the membership shall be held in August of each year at a time and place arranged by the Board, at which the Board of Trustees shall be elected.

General Membership Meetings shall be held no less than two (2) times per year at a time and place arranged by the Board, one of which will constitute the Annual Meeting at which the Board of Trustees shall be elected.

A Meeting of the Affiliates shall be held no less than two (2) times per year at a time and place arranged by the Board.
